cranberry crush sangria
Cheers to the holidays! This is the most delicious, fruity sangria mocktail for summer afternoons, relaxing by the pool, long garden lunches and for when you want a tangy non-alcoholic beverage that tastes just as good as the real thing.
INGREDIENTS:
Serves 4
2 cup ice cubes
4 cups cranberry juice
4 cups sparkling water
1/2 pineapple, peeled & chopped
2 small oranges, halved & thinly sliced
1 sprig of fresh rosemary per serving
fresh cranberries or raspberries to serve
METHOD:
1. Add fruit and mint to the cranberry juice.
2. Leave to soak for 30 minutes
3. Add sparkling water
4. Add ice & fresh berries
5. Garnish each mocktail with a rosemary sprig and serve!
