We’re happy to share here her recipe for chocolate brownie bircher muesli: such a warming breakfast combo!
For the gluten-free vegan paleo muesli mix (adapted from Loni Jane)
In a large jar, mix together:
◦ 1/4 cup flaxseeds
◦ 1/4 cup black sesame seeds
◦ 1/4 cup poppyseeds
◦ 1/2 cup chia seeds
◦ 1/2 cup shredded coconut
◦ 1/2 cup cacao nibs
◦ 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
◦ 1/2 cup hempseeds
◦ 1/2 cup dried mulberries
◦ 1/4 cup diced dried mango
◦ 1/2 cup tigernut flakes
For the chocolate brownie bircher muesli:
The night before, mix together:
◦ 1/2 cup muesli mix
◦ 3/4 cup plant milk
◦ 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
◦ 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
◦ 1/2 Tbsp carob powder
◦ 1 tsp maca powder
◦ 1 tsp cinnamon
◦ 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Mix everything well and store in the fridge overnight.
