Here is a simple fresh and vegan recipe for a chili sauce.


First, prepare:

◦ 7 fresh chili
◦ 6/7 cloves of garlic
◦ 2 spring onions
◦ 4 macadamia nuts

    Pop them in a blender till a paste forms Then, in a medium pan add:
    ◦ One tablespoon of rice malt syrup.
    ◦ 1/2 cup of olive oil.

      Add the paste and simmer for 5 minutes Add:
      ◦ 1/2 cup of water
      ◦ salt and pepper

        Simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.


        Store in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge.
