What you will need

base

◦ 1/2 cup of medjool dates- pitted
◦ 1/2 cup of cashews
◦ 2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut
◦ 1 teaspoon of cacao powder
◦ 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

 

    filling

    ◦ 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter
    ◦ 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
    ◦ 1 tablespoon of rice malt syrup

     

      topping of 70% dark chocolate melted

       

      Method

      1. In a high power blender combine all of your base ingredients.
      2. In a bread loaf tin line a sheet of baking paper.
      3. Once the mixture looks crumbly in texture press it into the bread loaf tin pan and set aside.

       

        Now for the filling:

        1. Simply combine your filling ingredients into a high power blender and blend until well combined and smooth.
        2. Pour over the top of the base and place in the freezer for about 2 hours covering the top of the tin with glad wrap.
        3. Finish it off by cutting into desired slices and using a spoon flick your melted chocolate on top.
        4. Keep in the fridge for about 5 days or until you demolish them all
