guava: the secret to glowing skin

As a nutritionist and naturopath, Im always excited to share natural ways to boost skin health, and one of my top recommendations is guava. An easy way to incorporate guava into your diet is drinking my favourite glow boosting guava and mango smoothie.

 

It’s packed with skin-loving ingredients that help hydrate, brighten and nourish from the inside, out. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 ripe frozen guava (peeled and chopped) 

  • ½ cup frozen mango  

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds  

  • ½ cup coconut water  

  • 1 tablespoon Plant Based Yoghurt  

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 

 

Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
