Terms of Sale
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the purchase of goods by you from us, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions that you may purport to apply under any sales offer or purchase order. These Terms supersede all previous agreements and understandings between the parties. Any amendment will only be effective if signed by a director of Ere Perez Natural Cosmetics Pty Ltd.
We endeavour to provide you with terms of sale that are fair and easily accessible.
In the unlikely event of a dispute relating to the goods supplied, any claim shall be governed and construed in accordance with Australian law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian Courts. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Placing an Order
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. By placing an order, you confirm that:
• All details you provide are true and accurate;
• You are an authorised user of the payment method used; and
• There are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
On receipt of your order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. Please note that this confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — it is an acknowledgment only. A contract between us is formed when your order is dispatched and you receive a dispatch confirmation.
When you place an order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment method. Payment will not be taken until your order has been accepted. We carry out security checks on all orders and may cancel an order that fails these checks, in which case you will be notified and any payment taken will be refunded.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if an item is out of stock, if we are unable to obtain payment authorisation, if we identify a pricing error, or for any other reasonable operational reason. In the event that ordered goods are unavailable, we will notify you before proceeding.
Please ensure that the delivery address and recipient name are accurate and complete. We are unable to amend delivery details once an order has been placed. We will not accept responsibility for orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.
Pricing, GST & Promotions
All prices displayed on our website are in the currency of the region you are browsing from. Prices for Australian customers are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
We cannot advise in advance of reduced-price items, nor can we reimburse the price difference after an order has been accepted. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, unless expressly stated.
We cannot be held responsible for typographical or pricing errors on the website. If a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Where we use terms such as 'natural', 'organic', 'vegan', or 'cruelty-free' in our product descriptions and marketing materials, these claims are made in good faith and are substantiated to the best of our knowledge. We do not make therapeutic claims about our products. Our products are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
If any product on our website uses language that could be interpreted as a therapeutic claim, this is unintentional and you should treat such statements as cosmetic descriptions only. Products making therapeutic claims in Australia are regulated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA); our products are not TGA-approved therapeutic goods.

If you submit reviews, comments or other content to our website or social media platforms, you grant Ere Perez a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business and marketing activities.
