Smudged & smokey eyes, blotted red lips and glass-like skin took to the stage. The show’s Makeup Director Susan Lillian led a team of incredible artists who painted the faces with Ere Perez Natural Cosmetics.

Weaving power and fantasy with her love of undone tailoring, Spetic explained the main inspiration for the season was “Japanese cult cinema”.

“I really wanted the tailoring to be unrestricted, a little but undone,” the designer added. “You can take the sleeves off, you can take the collars off, and really play around with it. I wanted to bring a sense of movement—like a samurai.”

Ere herself and the team were then lucky to join the crowd of media, fashion enthusiasts and Aussie influencers to enjoy all the hard work from the amazing artists, stylists and models.
