healthy vegan snickers

Who doesn't love chocolate!? I have a healthy snack option for you with 100% natural ingredients, which in addition to providing many vitamins and minerals, is a great source of fiber and energy.


for the caramel:
-1 cup of dates
-2 teaspoons peanut butter (natural without sugar)
-a pinch of Himalayan salt
-vanilla extract


-1/4 cup date caramel
-2/3 cup oatmeal
I added 1/3 cup of natural peanuts
-chocolate (preferably bitter without sugar)


1. Blend the ingredients to form the caramel
2. For the base, mix 2/3 cup oatmeal flour and 1/4 cup of caramel until it forms a homogeneous mass
3. In a tray or plate with waxed paper or aluminum form a square or rectangle with the dough (to form the chocolate "cookie")
4. Add the caramel on top of the cookie and then the peanuts
5. Cut into bars
6. Refrigerate for an hour
7. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
8. Bathe the bars with the chocolate
9. Re-refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours
